Hiya! I'm Kana. I've been studying architecture for two years now, but I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. I'm planning to use this course both as a supplement to my uni courses (not a ton of drawing classes involved in an architecture degree, actually) and as something fun to work on in my downtime. Since I'm doing this alongside school, progress is likely to be veeeery slow, but I'll make it through eventually!
My main focus until now has been portraiture, but architecture school has allowed me to branch out into environment and urban drawings. My professional goals include better photoshop skills, a better grasp on perspective, and cleaner, quicker sketching; my personal goals are mainly developing an artistic voice and refining/building skills in anatomy, composition, character design, and rendering different materials.
