Hey everyone :grin: so back during ArtWar I did my first few posts, and now that I've gotten some free time I started doing more work on my portfolio (yay!!)

Found a cool character concept by Hunter Bonyun that I really liked, and decided to do a sculpt of it, with plans of making it into a game ready asset :relaxed: I'll post WIPs below, and any comments and criticisms are welcome

Nice start!! You should post the concept along side the 3d. Atleast then we can see where your going and give you a better critique in the future. Right now I feel like the anatomy can use some work but I don't know how stylized the original concept is.

Personally I just really liked her concept, and wanted something to practice on. Can't wait to have her finished, in a pose swinging those axes :grin:

New WIP after a couple days work :smiley: Once i'm have with the overall shapes of the fur, i'll do one last look over the proportions and silhouette, then move onto the detail pass. Learning a lot so far from the project so it's totally worth it.

The fur needs a little work, and its silhouette from the front is a little flat,but feeling good so far

Worked on the waistcoat over the past week and got the fur mostly done :smile: looking at it now i do want to improve the furs silhouette a little, but other then that i'll be moving onto the next detail pass, then it's time for re-topo :stuck_out_tongue: C&C is welcome

Update post :smile: in between university, christmas, and my day jobs i managed to finish the sculpt! Time for retopo

Texturing done in Substance painter, all models were done in maya, with a high poly made from the low poly and baked down for the crispy details
