Can't Seem to Change my Forum Username

hiya!
I have the same problem as many people in this thread. my regular profile has the username i want, but my forum profile shows my full legal name. could you maybe change that to ''cullendraws'' if you can?
also, even if i change my email address (and profile picture), it won't update in my forum profile. again, that email address shows my full name and i dont want that on the internet.

Your name is now changed.
People won't be able to see your email when going to your profile.

Hi, i have the same issue plus 2 more.

Problem #1: My username stays as my email, i want to be called "Tenshi", it says that the nickname is taken but the weird thing is that i don't find anyone with that nickname on the forums. I wrote about this issue in the contact section with no response.

Problem #2: I changed my avatar picture but it always changed itself as a yellow/orange picture. So this is a forum issue, right?

Problem #3: I log in and after 5 minutes or less of being surfing the forums or the marketplace, if i see another tab in my browser from "x" page that is not Cubebrush when i return my account it's log out, so i have to log in again.. and again.
I'm using Firefox(last version) in private mode and normal mode and the same happen.

Any solutions? or do i open a thread only for this?

Hi @tenshi.cg! I can confirm that there is a user with the username Tenshi. Do you have any other name you would like to use. I could change it for you if you want to.

As for your profile picture, you might have to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before trying to upload it again or try to upload it from a different browser. Otherwise you can try uploading it a smaller size image and see if it works.

As for the last issue, it seems like deleting your cache and cookies would be the solution. Let me know if it works!
