Hi! I can't change your username to Eugene as it seems like it is already in use. Is there another name you'd like to have, whether it is a variation of Eugene or something else?

I need to change my account email address, as my previous email address is not accessible anymore. However, when I try to change the email address, the account page will not accept my new email address. I am not sure why. No reason was given. I tried reaching out several times over the last two weeks to support@cubebrush.co. They have not responded. How can I get some assistance on my change in email address?

I hate to keep this going, but i can't change my name either. I've tried multiple times and despite the site saying my name change was successful it hasn't ever changed.
