I am new to cubebrush, I changed my username and image profile in my profile settings, but it doesn't seem to update in my forum settings. While looking for a solution, I have seen on other posts that it might be a bug some users have.

I've changed your username for you, but you'll have to send an e-mail to the help desk directly if the problem with your avatar persists since I can't change it. Let me know if there are any other issues.

Hi, hope this theard is still open. Would it be possible to change my username to Raneaa. I am also having trouble changing my Avatar in the Forum. I changed it in my noramal Profile but the Forum won't update. Who would I need to contact for this issue?

Hi! I have changed your username as you requested. As for your profile picture, you might have to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before trying to upload it again or try to upload it from a different browser. Otherwise you can try uploading it a smaller size image and see if it works.

I'm embarrassed to say I'm facing the same issue... I've been trying to change my username to 46Kibahime and it doesn't take, even when I use a browser I keep cleared of all cookies/history specifically for bugfixes. Been at this for four days and it's still not working
