Quick gesture drawing, browsed over last month gesture drawing, it's nice to see the improvements. I remember the struggles of a few month ago, it's nice to see it like that now
Started to draw faces about a month ago, and I can clearly see it is getting better and more precise

Tried 5 min figure drawing for the day. Didn't quite felt anything doing theses. Might come back to it after muscle lessons.

Some 1AM gesture drawing. Feels strange to realize I am learning and improving without lessons to tell me.

Try this out.
Draw from imagination. Find a similar reference. Now with a reference adjust parts of the drawing filling in missing details or mistakes. (Don't stress too much about finding the right reference as long as its the same angle/rotation, you can selectively pick what parts of the reference to copy)
Then retry the same drawing from imagination

I would love to know if this helps or not
