Hey there, welcome aboard!
I see you want to finish this in one year, that sounds really tough! I'm one year in and have just started term 3, my goal from the start was about two terms per year as I feel that way I'll be able to really internalize a lot of the material and have time during later terms to realize things I'm lacking or not too clear about and fix 'em as I go. That said, I've got the adult life now, so time is a valuable and limited resource!
As for your first assignments, I'm noticing a bit of a nudge at the end of each stroke which could hinder your efforts along the way. May I suggest, always to try to make the big strokes with the shoulder, propping up your drawing surface and going for a bit of overshoot as possible solutions (and prevention of wrist pain). The overshoot, kinda like a batter hitting a ball and striking "through" the target, should help taper the end of the stroke and avoid the nudge going in opposite direction. unless it's a hardware/software issue
cheers!
