had to take a few hundred steps back from this piece, since it started to frustrate me. I looked more carefully at faces and tried to fix some general issues, still not finalized, ill try working on 2 pieces on the same time

Man, this is really coming along nicely. The face is looking pretty good. I really like her ''reptilian'' eyes. That's such a nice detail.

THe only feedback I'd have right now would be to move the head a bit to the right. I might be wrong, but it doesn't seem to be centered right now. It becomes a bit more obvious if you flip the image.

The rest seems to be coming along nicely.

Reworks

I got rid of all the flashy bits and worked more on core issues like form and values/ shadows in general. Looking back at the first painting she kind of resembles this weird alien-human, that without those Highlights around the eye and nose area would fall extremly flat

Oh one thing I forgot to mention though. I'd do something with her eyes because right now she looks lifeless. In the rough sketch she showed more character.

currently reworking some oldies, I want to focus more on bringing in some more cool colors and stronger lighting, less small details at this stage

I really like the colors and the light! The lower body and legs' rendering in particular. I feel like the head is still a bit shifted to the left (just the head, not the neck). It's coming out really well overall!

heyy, thank you! yea I see it too now, currently working on that, also rendering her lower legs out some more right now ^^
