Talking about the first one:
Awesome piece!!! You have a really good brush work, I love the render! The colors are well chosen as well; more saturated around the focal point area. The overall painting looks really appealing to me!
Maybe there's lack of consistency in the lighting: by looking at her shoulder, arm and back we can tell the main light comes from the bottom right, but her face and hair seem to be lit from the top right. Her bandana is receiving almost no light from the right, unlike her shoulder.. Is that choice made to keep her face at the center of attention? One more thing: where the blueish back light hitting her right cheek is coming from? This entire area is covered by her hair, so how do you justify that?
Besides that, I love the background, specially the leaves on the left. Did you do them with the lasso tool?
