Haha, thanks for taking a look. You are by no means wrong by seeing the similarities to Dragon Ball. It's almost the first comment most people make and for a good reason! Being a huge fan of Akira Toriyama, I designed a lot of it based on his style. I have since started to deviate a bit more, but there is still a strong influence from him in most of my work.
Which I find flattering! I LOVE Toriyama's work and Dragon Ball! (and Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger and many other works)
Btw, it's also embarrasing to go back and look at some of the first chapters. After everything I've learned these past year, it's easy to see how it could be improved considerably.
However as a few authors have explained, try not to redo or redraw, instead move forward and make the next chapter better.
On sharing online, it IS nerve wrecking to share your work. We have such high expectations of ourselves and it's incredibly demoralizing to get negative comments online. The internet can be a savage place.
Try to not stress too much about it. Do it whenever you feel you are ready for it, but also understand that there is hardly a "perfect moment". Set a milestone for yourself, and try to stick to it as nervous as it may be, and always make sure to not take criticism personally.
