thank you very much @prinzmoana i was fun not to stress much about the design and just draw. Thanks for the critique i tried shrinking her arm a little with liquify. Thank you for taking your time to critique my piece @Lockenheim i really appreciate the advice. I didn't have the construction for the cloth since i just used a picture for the pose, I did fix the horn and cloth to my best ability and rendered the the drawing a bit further.

I like the concept so far. I am not sure if this is what you were going for, but I imagine the grey parts being something like stoneskin as if she were some kind of half-gargoyle. Would be awesome to render it as such.

As for critique, I'd love to see the reference as her right leg (so left of the viewer) looks like it is at quite an awkward angle compared to her hip. Rotating it more in the direction of the viewer would feel more comfortable and also a bit more dynamic in my opinion.

Yeah! That made a big difference! Keep it up! Another thing that came to mind is the big cast shadow on the ground, it looks really really big and dark, it looks like the light is coming from the top left so there would be no shadow on the left side or in the front of her I imagine. Keep up the good work looking good!

I actually never thought of the stone skin concept but i want to add it now so thank you very much for the inspiration. I went back and changed some things on the piece according to the reference. Here is the reference. Thank you for the critique Xybb! i need to pay attention to the reference more throughout my drawing, thankfully i have you guys to help me out.

Thank you Lockenheim but i might rework a bit of the shadows since i wanted to clean this drawing up even further. I'll definitely keep your advice in mind though since I'm still not that great at lighting yet.

well well well. It's been about a month since i posted, I don't have much else to say other than I've been working on inktober and finally got done even if i was two days late. Oh and by the way i did do 27 I'm just not posting it. I can say I'm glad to have another year of inktober done and i hope to get back to my regular studies with you guys. Wow these monsters look so scary and also interesting design-wise 😄

You work with pencil and ink, which is actually quite a nice combination. Maybe I would suggest to only use the pencil in specific areas (e.g only for shadows), like you did with day 23, bc otherwise it may turn out a bit muddy and unreadable (e.g. day 16 + day 4).

Besides that the poses, design and mood of your pieces are top notch 👍

Hello everyone i'm glad to say i've finally finished anatomy 3 after a few months of off and on work. I'm definitely going back to watch it again without taking notes, to focus completely on whats happening and take it all in. well i guess I'm back again, hey everyone:) It's been a hot second but once again I've been pretty busy with both school and art. More so school, here's an art dump of my recent stuff.

Some of these are older than other studies but like i said it's kinda like a dump of information. I'd love any feedback and critique and i would especially love your guys opinion on my oc that I'm creating. The idea is still fairly rough and the sketch is rough but i wanted to get a general opinion.

All these studies are so clean, your face studies are so well done, their expressions and linework are both phenomenal, and that shading you gave to those clothing studies is so good, I can't get enough of it!.
