Hi Cole, welcome to the Forum.
As an beginner myself it is unusal to give a small idea for practice, it may sound silly, but you could use old Bottle Caps and an old pencil to practice Circles. While watching TV trace the inner side of the Bottle Caps with the pencil. I read it somewhere and it helped me to adjust my movement of the Hand and Wrist for a Circle.
