Hello everyone! I believe my customers are not receiving notifications of my store's launch. I created an extra customer account to test because I already suspected this. I published and republished a product and did not receive a notification of the launch in my customer account. I did not receive a notification by email, neither through my seller account nor through my customer account... I also tried sending messages through the discounts tab, I made a discount and sent it to myself and all customers and I did not receive the notification of the promotion in my seller email either. How can I solve this? Has anyone else had or is having this problem? I know this is my second post this week but I want to get the store back up and running. I have never had this problem before and I have some good mods to release, I want to make sure it is worth it. Thank you in advance.
