Downloading Files That Are Purchased

Please help!

Ok so I purchased over 5 tutorials and thought I would get a download link right. No there's a dropbox button which never work for me.

To this site I find it completely wrong that you all do not address this and let us know before we purchase tutorials. As for the authors of the videos. Is it possible that you put in your write ups if we will be guided to dropbox. I can not get that to work and if I had known this ahead of time I would just ignore your tutorial.

I am pissed off because I came here looking to start my learning but can't now due to this dropbox feature not working.

Cubebrush this is seriously not fair from the customer side of things at all.

Hi! What exactly is the problem when you try using dropbox?
Could you please disable your adblock (if you are using any) and try again? If it doesn't work, please give me a screenshot of the issue you are having so that I can better help you :).

Hello Acolet -

And thank you for getting back with me. My problem is that the tutorials on this site do not specify that we would be getting links to dropbox. I DO NOT LIKE Drop box due to its issues of not getting the files over to it so I can get the files to start my studies. I prefer a download button only and I am completely upset that Cubsbrush do not allow us as customers to see this before we purchase. There are several tutorials I can not get to due to this issue. Male Character Creation in Zbrush I Intermediate is one of them, Also Tile sculpting tutorial in zbrush and a few more that I've purchased some months back.

If you have access to my account go back and what ever tutorials that I have purchased and this system forced me to go to dropbox, well I lost money because dropbox is trash to me it just do not work.
