First of all, I am not a super experienced archer at all and my info may contain mistakes. From what I can tell from this painting is that that girl probably is doing Japanese archery. I'm a traditional archer (shooting without sights and different posture) which is a bit different from instinctive and Japanese archery.
Pointing your finger is a big no-no at most archery ranches because you could shoot your finger off if you'd use a short arrow or draw the bow too far. So eventhough it's considered wrong, many people still do it because it feels intuitive (it really does). Is it truly wrong? I don't know.
So, like Shia mentioned before, for traditional archery the posture would be wrong but for Japanese archery it's almost right. Her right elbow could be a bit higher and her arm holding the bow should definitely be more relaxed or she'd shoot the skin off her arm! (Been there, done that)
Maybe change the bow angle a bit as well.
