When I first set up my account here, I had a Hotmail.com email address. Since then, my Hotmail.com address was deleted. Consequently, it no longer exists and cannot receive emails. I try to change the email address in my profile to my new email address. However, when I change it, your system sends a verification email to my old, non-existent Hotmail.com email address. I don’t understand why it does that. As I cannot access my old email address, I cannot verify the change to my new address. I need to change my email address. Can someone help me?
