Hi,

I've been having an issue regarding my account email activation and I’ve reached tried reaching out to cubebrush support on several occasions with absolutely no response whatsoever. So I suppose the forums are my last line of defense before I’m overrun by lack of solutions.

The issue is that when I try to sign in to my cube brush account, it tells me that I need to activate my email. It also says that it has sent an email to my email account for me to verify. I have never received this activation email and have tried resending it multiple times with no success. I have checked my spam folders and every other possible folder in my email, but this email verification email does NOT exist. And I receive emails from cubebrush often so I know they can send me emails, and that I can receive their emails. This tells me this is an issue on their end.

I’ve been able to find an annoying workaround, I can reset my password and the website will let me log in temporarily that way, but I have to do that every single time I want to log on

As I’ve said I’ve tried contacting cubebrush through their email and this website, but I have not gotten a single response. Ever. To be honest, this is quite infuriating. I like cubebrush (a lot!) and I would love to continue to use their services, but when I get locked out of my account and cannot get any support whatsoever, well, what can a man do?

Hey Jaydon. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account. Is it the same account that you used when you created this post? I'll forward the issue to our tech team.
In the mean time I'd like you to send me a private message with the e-mail address linked to the account you're having issues with. It'll make things easier to get them sorted out.

Hi Jaydon, what message are you getting when you try to login? Could you screenshot that for me to investigate please?

You're not getting verification emails because your account is already verified, so it's strange you would be prompted to verify it.

Does the same happen in different browsers or when you try to login in incognito/private mode?

Yes here is a screen shot of the message it gives me:

So far, the browsers i've tested it with are Brave, and safari, both on my Mac and iPhone. On all attempts to login it gives me this message every time.
However, I just attempted to login in incognito/private mode on both Brave and Safari on my Mac and it logged me in successfully with no messages. That is interesting...

I've recently tried logging in again in private mode and now its giving me the email confirmation message wall every time. :cry:
