First of all I'd say reduce your file size down a bit. it seems like quite a large file, maybe 900 pixels wide would be enough to load on a forum like this 
As for the art I can tell you've put a lot of effort into this, there's some nice detailing and knowledge of skin folds near the jawline especially. However places like the teeth feel a bit too flat, and the general colour of the image feels a bit dirty and washed out.
What I'd suggest for your next steps is to do some skull studies, simple ones. Just try to really nail down the 3 dimensional form and go from there. And also try doing some colour studies of simple faces, learn how areas like the forehead have yellows, eyes have purples etc.
