I think we would need to get a bit information on what you were trying to achieve with this piece. This seem to be something a bit more towards surrealism, but I feel like there's a lack of unity between all the different elements, so it ends up just looking like a collection of random elements that don't belong together.
What could help create a better sense of unity could be lighting (maybe using the clock in the middle as a light source), a more unified rendering (the eye and clock look almost like they were painted with watercolor, while the hands look drawn with chalk) and, as @Zaulta mentionned, have more variation in your values.
Also using references could be helpful to be more accurate, but also to add some interesting details. For exemple I feel like the clock is a bit plain, so by researching something like old clocks, it could give you some interesting design elements to add to your own drawing. I think that would help make it more believable and interesting.
Sorry if this was a bit harsh, but I hope this helps you.
