Hi!
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I'm really stuck here, and I'm not really sure what else to do.
I bought Art School https://cubebrush.co/mb?product_id=0dpzeg 2 weeks ago, and have been trying to get some help since then. It took a few tries, but a support ticket was finally auto responded to 2 days ago with request #13538.

The file "Term 1 Assignments.zip" contains another zipped file, which contains the file called "2 - Image Adjustments.psd". The file is corrupt, and will not open in any of my software.
I used the default windows compression utility, and 7zip, and no download managers. My art software are the following: Clip Studio Paint Ex, Medibang Paint Pro and Open Canvas 7. (All of them can open other .psd's no problem).
I tried on 2 different (windows 10) PC's as well, and the file either won't open at all ("unsupported"), or is an unusable, garbled mess.

I'd love to get a file that I can open and use, or at least a timeframe on when I can.
Sorry to keep bugging for some help, but I'm really anxious to get to work on this.

Thank you!

Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Have you tried messaging Marc about it? Marc's the artist and maker of those files and he can restore them for you. I'll send Marc a heads up but please do send him a message explaining the issues you're having. https://www.cubebrush.co/mb

Thank you, Shia. I sent a message to Marc as you suggested... I hope! There's some funky things happening with the website & forums though. In Chrome, nothing happens when I hit Send (cleared cache, cookies, etc to no avail), so I tried in Firefox, and I think it sent, but I'm not sure. I got no notification, but the message modal disappeared.
Also trying to Like your post here (in Chrome & Firefox) only gives me a "500 Internal Server Error" popup.
Thought I'd better let you know.
Thanks again ^^;;

Just as a follow up. The file is not corrupt! It turns out that the issue is about the file's color depth. The original is made in 16-bit. Clip Studio Paint can only open 8-bit files. It only gives the unhelpful error of "unsupported format".
What I did to resolve this problem successfully was to download Gimp, convert the file to 8 bit, and save the new copy.
Everything worked perfectly after doing this. Hope this helps.

So. It hasn't been fixed. I just opened with ps, saved a png and opened in csp to work with it.
