I like that green one because you can use that to create contrast against a dark background easily

Very nice!
I like the one on the right more. The darker hair and the red cloth contrast with the pieces next to them more so than the light hair and blue cloth on the left.
The only thing that I'm not too crazy about is that the boots are not symmetrical. But I suppose thats just personal taste.

Nice armor design, and nice corruption design on the character. When I first saw your armor and cloth color choices, I was wondering why you went for golds and silvers when your character was so clearly on the side of dark. It was only in reading your first post that I realized they're supposed to be on the side of Light. I don't think that part - the ambiguity about which side she's on - is going to help you. As the FAQ notes,

Q: Is it okay to have a mix of light and dark?
A: No, you’ll have to choose one topic. Ambiguous entries will be at a disadvantage.

Perhaps going with a much darker armor color, or showing the the armor also corrupted might help? Good luck with it!

mdashow, thanks for the expanded opinion. I tried to make the champion's armor lighter. The design of the character was a little lost because of this, but not fatal.

Looking great in general though. I like your current color choices on the character sheet as well. I think you ended up where you needed to be to make her read light, without just resorting to stereotypical white and gold. XD

@snakebearer, Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice a piece of illustration to suit the conditions of the contest. It seems to me that in the illustration the champion should occupy a lot of space and look impressive and confident. I tried to keep the story in the illustration. In addition, there is very little time left until the end of the competition. I'm afraid not to be in time

@mengo Ouch, yeh, I can understand that. I did the comp the other way around based on the canvas size instead. XD But that carries it's own issues.
Fortunately, we got a whole week extra now that they for some reason extended the deadline. I'm not complaining. I'm barely down with cleaning my thumbnails for the illustration.. XD
