I'm so excited to see the finished image. The rendering has come along quite nicely and I especially like the use of lighting and bounce lights. Want to incorporate that in mine as well, can't wait to get the design down and then begin on rendering

Got hit by a bunch of deadlines in the face, and also Monster Hunter World happened Well I hope I can finish this in a week somehow...

Still alive! Thanks for the encouragement guys. If nothing else I'd be happy with ending up with a painting that's decently developed

Her legs bothered me the whole time because i never worked out her pose really. So here's my typical last-minute reposing, lol.

Also reworked her weapon a little so it's a little more coherent.

More pose and composition tweaks, rendering, fixing things all over the place in general. I think it's finally getting close to a place where I can focus on finishing the illustration. Depth of this thing kind of sucks right now, hopefully future me will figure out what to do.
