I've got my semi-tight line drawing ready to go over and paint. Can't wait!!
Just finished laying out my background. Now...the painting phase begins haha.
Here are the Base colors for Okubi. They are really rough as you can tell haha.
Just finished the ground plane. I couldn't decide on whether I wanted it to be grass or rock so I went with a mix lol.

In the Middle of Rendering Okubi. I still haven't gotten to the background yet. It's going to be a cram session...
more rendering. Tried to smooth out the focal light source. Still need to plant the figure on the rocky surface properly, render some more, and then work on the background.
Just finished semi-rendering the face. I wish I could spend more time on rendering but I have to get this done haha. Next I'm working on the background and then fixing some minor problems.
So I'm pretty much done. It was really fun (and exhausting) doing this haha. Hopefully the judges like it.
