I have sculpted the blockage of anatomy, clothing and some accessories.

Frst forms of the head. trying to get something similar to the concept

Liking this so far. I think you can use a skull as good reference for the head and the forms. As far as the anatomy goes, you can sculpt it all using the clay buildup or clay tubes. There's a good reference for the male anatomy on the site right here.
