Hi everybody! This is my first entry here.

My name is Daniil Kozlovsky (CG Fish). I live and work in Saint-Petersburg (Russia) in Playkot company as an art lead.

In this contest I decided to be on the Light Side. And here's my character - Agat. Always wanted to create such a kitty

Here's the first sketches of my hero. Now I'm just trying to catch the idea of this humanoid cat warrior with the bow. He's a sort of the tribe watcher. And he has a little friend... The one who's sitting on his hand. I don't know exactly how this creature is named. But it helps my hero with spotting an enemies by far distance.

I think it is great you added a 'pet' into the design! Bow looks awesome, the middle design in the last image is my favourite

Messing around with a pose. I want this character to be quite nimble and strong at the same time. So the pose should depict this.
Not shure if I need to put the "pet" on his hand...

Here's my progress. Experimenting with colors. Not quite happy jet, but I'll find the right gamma soon. And I changed the pose on the right guy to show more connection between Agat and his creature.

You have pretty awesome silhouette for your character and love the idea that he has a bat friend .

Really nice character design! I feel as if the faces don't quite match from front view to side view. To me it looks like it's a brother and sister, not two views of the same person. (The front view's face is definitely male, but the side view feels female.) I'm trying to put my finger on why that looks female to me, but I'm not quite sure. The kinder eyes? The more gentle slope of the nose? The chin, while large, feels less pronounced than in the front view?
Anyhow, aside from that quibble, it looks great. wonderful job on the rendering! Good luck with the illo!
