You've got some neat things going on with your design, though if you want this to be a light character, you're not communicating it that well. The problem is you have so many things working against you - for starters, you don't see a lot of traditionally "light side" characters wearing skulls, teeth, big ol' spikes... I get the desire to try something that goes against the grain (that's my jam tbh) but right now the intent isn't clear. It doesn't even have to be light = good and dark = bad, it's just hard for a few glowing things to overcome the overwhelming iconography you've got going. =)
