Nice clean design and the bird is gorgeous. Have you picked a final composition yet? The front 3/4 view is nice from a design POV but it doesn't tell a lot of a story. You could do that with the background of course. All this is just my opinion of course. Good luck and keep working!

Yep, this is done just to identify some details, it's not a final work at all) At this moment I'm working on posing and composition for the final illustration.

i like this composition, with the view from below, it is more epic and emphasizes the character and the bird. I would push the third point view a bit more. Looking good so far :D, can't wait to see how it goes .

Hello! The bird design is well emphasised with this angle. On the last one the position off the sword is a bit awkward, it looks like your harfang will be skewered. I prefered your sketch where the heroe is slaying a beast, it remind me the sculpture of Saint Michael slaying the dragon, pretty epic in my opinion!
