Greetings!

This is the character I was working on for all these past 40 days. I started the challenge having lost some days, I think more or less the half, so I couldn't finish it like I want cause I had, and still have, a lot of things to learn cause I am almost new in digital sculpting. As you can see in my portfolio on Artstation, I wasn't able to work on digital sculpting since December 2016/ January 2017 till November of 2017, my computer was dead and I was keeping the money for a new one till that time.
I couldn't upload it to marmoset or something like that cause I didn't have the time to learn how to do it, so I upload a detail sheet.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my job, it was a hard one, worst part the handmade scales and some other technical issues.
I will upload a video of the process on youtube when I have some time to do it.

Some more progress, Sketching the armour and still working on the anatomy.
Very happy about the path is taking.

I begin with the scale texture and I block the armour in general pieces.
Without any concept sometimes is a little bit hard to continue but I enjoy the direct creation

Thank you @archsider, the scales were done with some alphas, masking parts, and hand modelling, a little bit of everything, I spend like 6 hours yesterday only on them and they are not finished yet (not even the ones you can see already done).
I still have to do a lot of work in all the body, legs, feets, hands, face and tail are not finished and I have to texture all of them also.

More progress after some time without upload anything

Adding details to the armour, hard work, I spend all the day off yesterday creating every single part to make a huge IMM brush with more than 20 pieces, and I will need some more for sure.

Just applied the silver material of zbrush (similar to the one i will use) to see how it's looking, I think that looks great
