The 2nd one has more detail, but I feel like the silhouette of the shoulders in option 1 is stronger.
Thanks for the feedback! Still refining and finalizing the final sculpt, but I am slowly getting there. You can still see some faceted parts, but that's what I am working on right now. Might do one last revision on the shoulder armor as well
Felt that pauldrons didn't read well at all and looked like a mess so I'm reworking them. Put that hawk head there as a joke, but I quite like what it looks like, I'll see if I will carry it out. Obviously make the head more sculpture like and stylized-mech looking. Will be slightly reworking the braces as well.
Ended up changing the colour scheme slightly in the end.
Went with carbon fiber, brushed aluminum and gold look.
This was an absolute nightmare to texture, but since I have so little time I need to keep moving. Might add a few more accents, but then export the files and do the final pose. Starting to wish I had made a more simple character, but I am happy I pushed with this.Here are some super drafty previews from the substance painter preview window:
That is a BEAUTIFUL gold material! I love the lights too (Especially the wings).
Not much time left now, and I have to leave for a day so I had to quickly do the pose. Now all I have to do is put textures on the weapon and do some final renders combining this pose and applying materials in marmoset. Wish me luck

So it took me a while to figure out how to make substance painter material work in corona, but I think I sorted it now. All I have to do is add all of the materials to the pose, and I'm done!
