This time i add some clouds and thinking what to do with the buildings.
i would do some orange tones and blue light. i think to take some kind of referent of blade runner and ghost in the shell. but for now im going to work on the structure.

Nice work!
I think we should see the underside of the structure on the left, on the zig-zags. Any maybe you want to give some more space to the focal point?

Great work so far, I really like it! I think the face on the right is a little too attention-demanding, I'm not sure if that's your focus or not (I'm guessing not, as the focal point is clearly the ball in the center). I suggest you tone it down a bit, so that it attracts less unwanted attention.
The human brain tends to seek and focus on faces so keep that in mind. Keep it up!

You're right, my next step I think it will be put smaller head and more translucent.

@thakis is right about faces drawing attention; I'd like to point out you could also add more faces. If you've seen the new Ghost in the Shell, you don't know where to look if everything is full of faces. But I like the addition and development. What bothers me a little is that the blue aura seems so dark? Or maybe if things around it were lit blue more.

Nice job, I love it! That girl figure in the front brought some nice balance with the face on the right. Nice composition and mood! Good luck!
