I've always been dissapointed that there are no feral druid armor sets in world of warcraft.
For those not familiar with the game, as a druid player you specialize in one of the following things.
-You transform into a bear and assume the role of a tank. (Guardian Druid)
-you transfom into a feline (lion,panther,tiger etc depending on race) and dps (feral)
-You stay in your humanoid form and use the powers of nature to either heal (restoration) or
- become a ranged dps (balance)
Now depending on the class you play you gain access to specific armor sets that represent the fantasy of that class. So Needless to say that druid sets are nature themed.
However each druid specialization is really unique and almost feels like a completely different class. And even tho there are more than 20 armor sets in the game none of them represents the feral specialization. Which is what i play and love xP :'(.
So here's my attempt to create my own :P. It's still pretty early as it needs lots and lots more rendering and refinment but the idea is there.
Despite their name, feral druids are supposed to be stealthy and rogue like. They litteraly have a prowl abilitie that makes the player invinsible while in cat form. So i tried to make the outfit look assassin like.
That been said, i still wanted to keep true to the overall druid fantasy so i added the dark/red leaves and the moon which is some sort of symbol for the druids. The inside of the cape is also supposed to resemple a night's sky full of stars.
Feedback always welcome. I rly need to get back to my characters but hey, hope to finish this one day xP.
