Hi again avaryone! I'll share here my process on ctrl-paint 's (Matt Kohr) Concept art playbook series. If you are interested and want to give it a try, here it is the intro vid:
Assignment 1: We had to design a 'medium level' Brute with a melee weapon
Assignment 2: Here he gave us a text in which we would extract some key ideas to evolve our concept, I wrote this:
GAMEPLAY:
Heavy punches when disarmed
Scruffy but strong kicks
Tackles, gets melee fast
Bad at distance (more effective when dissarmed)
Execution from behind
VISUALS:
Very big and bulked

Assignment 3: Now we had to sintetize that list, removing reduntant ascpects. And change our design acordingly
