Hey I’m Ghosty.

I’m a full time engineer in Canada and recently started to study art as a hobby. I did a little traditional pencil and paper but never learned the fundamentals and proportions. I am using procreate on an iPad Pro while doing some of the assignments on paper.

Feedback and recommendations are always welcome.

I started going over figure models from Pinterest (I own none of pictures just the line work) just making out the proportions and general shapes. edit
I did re-upload as I forgot to erase the bottom of the chest so I looked a little weird

Welcome to the forums! I would be careful about your pelvis and ribcage size on some of your exercises. They don't usually touch if the person is standing up and they sometimes might do it if they are sitting down but not all the time. Look up a skeleton to see how the ribcage and pelvis are sized as well as how they are placed to get a better idea of how to put them on top of your ref.

yeah sorry I usually erase the bottom of the egg shaped chest and flatten the top of the pelvis more. I will update these later.
thank you
