This I think is my first post on this part of the forum so this is something that I was working on along with the work in progress:

Here is Enmu from Demon Slayer the movie: Mugan Train. My idea is that he merged with the train and has become a giant demon centipede hybrid. This would have been interesting if it was in the movie.

Hi there welcome to the cubebrush forums! I think that's that's cool idea but I recommend trying to learn anatomy classes because the anatomy is off

Welcome, Gregory!
It's great seeing you around!

@What_the_dog_doin_tho I do agree with you, anatomy is not necessarily on point, however @gregorya I would not recommend you starting w/ anatomy. There are more basic fundamentals (such as in Term 1) that will improve your work in the beginning stages even more. And properly studying anatomy is tough and requires some skill before you can even attempt it (e.g. you have to rather proficient at constructing basic forms in perspective)
Take your time with the fundamentals and dont forget to do personal work along w/ the studies
Have a great day

Here is some pratice with drawing sketons over photos from Assignment 1. Are you supposed to draw with different colors?

Yep! I'd say you did it right :+1:
It might help to make the lines thinner, and try to make the cylinders straighter instead of trying to follow the contour of the legs and arms.

Thank you lesley. I thought you're supposed to make the lines contour to the legs. Or is that if it bends. I'll see if I can use a smaller brush next time.

I thought I'd redo this homework from Photoshop for digital Production. The last part is somehow still a challenge for me with the round brush, so I used a square brush instead.

I think it's for if it bends. From the example he gave, the cylinders bend a little and taper at the end but the lines are mostly straight.
