I did some vector art with some shading and gradients. based on the Mets from mega man.

Nice work with these! When it comes to shading basic shapes I recommend Istebrak on youtube. She does a really good job with these form studies and I think it may be right up your alley. Keep up the good work!

Here are some submissions for inktober and Arttrober day 1 and 2: Yor forger and gargoyle. Day 2: Chun Li and Scurry. Yor sitting on a gargoyle and chun li running.

Here are some sketch ideas for inktober and Arttrober days 6 through 8.
Day 6: Bouquet and Stella from Winx Club.
Day 7: Trip and Makima from Chainsaw Man.
Day 8: Match and Edelgard from I think the Fire Emblem Series.

So, I am back. I was doing Inktober. Here is one of my drawings. Inktober day 25 was Tempting. Artttrober Day 24 was Shuri from Black Panther. She's tempted in to using the cosmic cube to alter history, becoming the Black Panther.

Gotta say, you have a lot of creativity and energy in your drawings!
I do think that you should focus on the fundamentals, they are the key to be able to convey all those things in your head in the best way possible and allow you to control the outcome and not leave anything to chance

That said, i need to get someperspective exercises done stat!

Here are some shapes connected and some shading. I think that was one of the assignments.

Here are some poses from imagination.

And here are some portrait studies with some color shading with a mix of red white and black colors. I was sketching with red and thought of shading with it. Here is what I had so far.

Hey there, looking good
Some of the eyes are placed too high so the forehead is very small, and in some cases the features feel cartoony - if this was not intentional I recommend to “wrap” the face around the ball of the head shape. So the features deform accordingly. Eyes farther away from the viewer would be partially hidden, slanted parallel to the browline curve and smaller than the one closer to the viewer

Here are some cylinder drawings on the female body.

And I'm working on the construction of the portrait. Wrapping the features around the eyes looks like a challenge.

Yes, definitely a challenge. For me, when it’s hard to do a detailed object ina certain perspective, in this case eyes on the fsce, it helps me a ton to do the base forms for practice. For example, only focusing on spheres with intersecting spheres, or half a cylinder with the indebts of the glabella the outcrop pyramid of the nose, a downslant for the eyesockets and spheres coming out of that slope to signify the eyes and just doing that from different angles before adding any details. Else I get disappointed 🙈 and when you cant add the details from imagination but can already wrap your head around perspective and shapes, it’s time for reference studies. Just constructing, refining and shading from a picture
