Hey, you are doing great and there's a lot of improvement going on, it's good that you paint and post a lot! I just wanted to point out what has come to my mind while looking through your stuff: the faces need some work, you should consider doing some face studies and real life anatomy studies, I recommend Croquis Cafe on Youtube. Because, most of your figures feel stiff, especially the faces, the perspective on them is also mostly not perfect. You place the mouth kinda high which looks very weird to me, but to each his own. Sooo your coloring. It's good for the most part, but also looks pretty flat. Consider using different colors for your shadows instead of a darker brown, just play around with this and see if you like it
