The things I feel I learned from this challenge is :
1. MILEAGE
If you do this with focus intention and not for speed, you will see yourself drawing better and able to manipulate the
subject easily
2. ROUTINE
It sets you into a daily routine when you strive to aim for certain benchmark each day (its alright to take a day off)
3. FOCUSED GOAL
It keeps you focus on the task at hand, since you have everything written down. So all you have to do is just start up photoshop and get to work.
I would say those are the 3 important things it teaches, and I have learned so far. Because I do recall doing this kind of practicing last year, but never came back to it. (1000 gesture in one month) and that's how I improved with gesture drawing.
