Hi, i´m Héctor from Spain, and on my late 30´s. Always liked drawing, but never really put on the hours, just practiced here and there over the years, as i have had other hobbies which got the best of my free time (playing in bands, filmmaking, sports, a bit of 3D, etc, no regrets as i had, and still have, a great time with all of them).

I got the itch for drawing/painting again last year, this time for good, and last christmas i got my first cheap drawing tablet and started experimenting. After some time learning from books and youtube, i did a couple small paid courses on specific subjects and really saw myself improving faster, so i went for the full deal, Artschool by Marc Brunet, whose tutorials i have been heavily gravitating towards lately, as i love his teaching style.

I´m just a hobbyist and my goals right now are just getting better and being able to communicate myself through art. Not confident enought right now to post anything painted by me lol, but i hope that changes quickly.

Always loved the forum format, which sadly has been on the decline on the age of social media, so i´m glad to join a forum full of great artists, i hope to learn a lot here! And sorry for my english!

Hi there ! I'm Corentin a 19yo french beginner artist. I'm currently a student in management and commerce to have a "real" diploma for my parents^^ I look forward the end of my studies to finally draw full-time !!
For now, I try to draw as much as possible, and I think being part of a comunity like Cubebrush would motivate me to draw even more. So I'm here to share with you my evolution, have/give feedbacks. I dream to work in film and game industry one day and I hope find help here to achieve this goal.

Hi! I have changed your username as you asked. As for changing your profile picture, go over your picture at the top of the forums and click profile on the drop down menu.

Then scroll down a bit and you'll be able to change your profile picture there.

I see. It's a bug that happens sometimes to a few people. Did you try using a different format and smaller size for you picture? Otherwise you can try to clean your browser's cookie and cache before trying again. Let me know if it works or not.

Hello everyone, I’m Chen Yan Ling. Everybody can call me Yan Ling.

I graduated from university in June 2020, and then I worked as an artist in an animation company for two months. During this period, I realized that I lacked a lot of art foundation.

Therefore, I used my first salary in my life to purchase the full Art School, hoping I can learn the knowledge of becoming an artist, improve my art skills, and become a concept artist in the game industry in the future.
