First entry here, i think is a good idea to introduce myself. I'm a brazilian archtect dreaming to become a full time artist some day, and this is the first oficial step i take to enter the digital art world.

Currently I'm take some traditional drawing classes for the first time in my life, and i'm realy excited about it, so i think to give a try in a program that take bouth journeys in consideration. Digital and Traditional.

First atempt on figure drawing on photoshop, make me thing i should stick to maps hahahaha

I like to draw fantasy maps for my friends and our D&D campaings, this is some of the work i drew a couple of years ago. I use traditional art and then do some post production on Photoshop, but i didn't have or know how to use a tablet at the time.

Wow! hahah, the maps are pretty good. Did you use any references for these. The way they look really send me back to when i used to play and use the world maps in World of Warcraft. Keep these up haha.

Idk if this may help but i remember learning from either a book or on Art Attack that some people use piled macaroni for the silhouette for island shapes hahah. Maybe if not advice, just a funfact.

Thanks for the encouragement, I've already tried the technique of noodles and scattered beans to create the silhouette of the islands, some maps I create basic shapes and then I'll detail, but there are several ways to do it.
