Hi there, gonna give this blog/forum thing a shot, never really done it before but could be a fun thing to do. Currently trying my hand at making a short film set in this world. Not a lot of time at the moment so progress is kinda slow, but will try and post process and stuff like that here, This was the first test done for it just figuring out the workflow

(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53BLu7fUOXY) <- with animation
Hopefully more to come soon

Cheers.

Will be interesting to see how the animation unfolds with the overall scenes. Hopefully you get the time to finish it.

And welcome aboard.

Thank you ^^ Just need to get into a good rhythm of doing a little every evening, have a sequence laid out of what i want. blocking it out in c4d with some placeholder animation. the most scary part will be modeling the character hehe.

I really like your works and I like the blue one <3

These are stunning, just wow!! :open_mouth:

Woah! Jeez man, your illustrations are outstanding. I.... Words can't describe how much I like your illustrations. I am just in awe right now.

jaw-dropping level of detail there. i love the tree barks.

Thank you for the very kind comments, it´s much appreciated!

heres the super messy and early stage of a background painting, just splashing some colors onto the canvas and looking for some good shapes.

sick art skillz bruv >.<

Your paintings are awesome dude keep it up.

Good lord, your paintings are outright stunning. Very inspirational!

last nights background painting not totally done, needs some more tweaking and thinking about some flowers on the foreground branch. But moving on the next one for now, might get some better ideas later.

Amazing landscape paintings, should I say. I like so much your warmness-and-coolness gradation - this makes objects feel more texturised and alive!
And your glowing effect from the water on the first painting and from the stones on the second is astonishing.

Ah. Can't even imagine how difficult that's gonna be, at the same time, possibly rewarding when you see everything coming together. None of the less, look forward for it, and can't wait to see more of this passion project of yours.

Very cool paintings! nice style!! I like them all, but what happened to those buildings in the second ones? are they meant to be that way?

I really love your style! As someone who completely sucks at creating environments I am in awe
