And regarding the perspective study: you dont really need to add shading/colors at this point, its more about getting used to drawing things with a correct proportion in perspective - I believe you are doing good, but maybe you could add some weight to the line. Keep up the good work.
Also, you said you are scared of ruining the art if you keep going - I feel like that all the time. I think it is probably because of the lack of consistency, so I never know if the art its gonna turn out to be great or horrible and I KNOW for a fact that there is a BIG chance of not being good - Im still learning after all. Thats when I DO keep going, because thats the "only way" to improve. You have to remember that making mistakes (and then having feedback) is what allows you to get better and overcome this lack of consistency and confidence. Its hard, yes, but always look back and compare your work from now to your work back then - sometimes its hard to see but as long as you are trying, you are improving (this is just a personal opinion and a way I deal with this, please dont feel the need to take this as a rule).
