These designs look really nice, my choice is the 1st one she has more rounded/soft shapes compared to the others and large round eyes which make her appear both friendly and approachable to me

Quick sketches of male characters. I thought it would be nice to see if different species are picked therefore when creating the family the children will have unique features.

Char description: Noble, forgiving and assertive. This character is determined yet understanding of those who do not share the same passions and traditions as him. Considerate yet has a slightly cold exterior which makes first impressions difficult. Agile character.

Before I forget to upload these, since im just so happy i can begin to work on something different characters haha

Creating good designs is so important but im glad i am finally understanding how to organise my work so it looks cohesive

The goal for 2023 is gain confidence in illustrations/environment concepts

Animal inspiration: Salamander, Dumbo octopus

Been working a lot on these recent character designs and researching to improve their designs. It is refreshing to work on characters that are a lot happier and wholesome. Trying to add more variety to my portfolio as I will hopefully be getting reviewed & critiqued by industry professionals again soon

Revamping this old character I created last year who is a trainee assassin age 19. I created a few characters for a series I want to create but didn't have faith in my skills last year so I am working on improving their character designs first.
Created quite a few sharp edges with his revamp design as he is quite strong and dynamic. Let me know which silhouette you are drawn to more.
