So overall and especially with this horse, the proportions and anatomy are very off. I understand this is stylized, but that should just mean exaggeration of elements that were already correct (if that makes sense). Try to study a horses legs, headshape etc. Build up the drawing with basic shapes.
Do all this before going into detail or colouring!
