Thank you for replying! Good to know you can still do 2-D work and let in feed into your 3-D profession. I feared that spending time on something other than 2-D design would cause those skills to 'rust', I guess? But on the other hand, I guess it gives you less burnout if you don't focus on 2-D art as a career and can do it as a fun past time. I've seen more listings for game artists that require knowledge of 3-D programs like blender and Maya rather than just 2-D designs for game art. Do you think that's where the industry is heading?
