Never thought i would be brave enough to post this but hey, here is my Male-Female proportions take, i found pretty difficult to follow how he drew the legs, in fact they look pretty chunky, feet are awful, noticed later that of the male i made them completely wrong, for the most part i think it came out the way it is because i couldn't really get a simmetrical division of the lines in thirds, btw feel free to blast me in the rudest way possible, because that's why i'm here :). Ah yes female shoulders look a bit off beacuse i tried to fix them at the end like mark did but i ruined them. (If you can please tell me how you personally tell when you can move on the next assignement, would help me a lot)

Hey Mario,

welcome to the community =). In terms of proportions I don't see any issues. Only thing I'd try to work on is linequality, It is a bit scratchy at times and it also feels like the image-resolution is a bit to loo low, because the line looks like it has a thickness of 1 pixel.

As for the progression, it depends a lot on what your goals are and what your focus is. In general, my oppinion is that you should have at least done the assignements and should be somewhat comfortable doing them. Frequent feedback will also help knowing if there are problems with your works. That being said, if you feel like you get bored by the exercises it might be worthwhile to take a peek at the later assignements and come back to the current ones later.

Welcome to the forums Mario! When to move one will be a bit different for everyone, I like to move on when the exercise does not feel so challenging for me anymore. So I dont move very fast at all lol! I look forward to seeing your progress!

What marc says, i will do, if he says that i should ask for critique of my work and studies, even if it means giving up my dignity, and admittin that i had stopped drawing for an year, i will do it.
Btw not to sound mean or anything but i dislike "fake compliments", pls dont say that my art is good cuz its not, wish ya'll great stuff and improvement in your art journeys.

Heyo, seems like you've been improving your lineart and proportions. Probably just worth double checking those male hand proportions. Hands are usually half the size of the forearm (with fingers extended), but here they are pretty much the size of the forearm.
