Mermay 2023 - Finished (Finally…)

At long last, I have finally completed my entry for this year's Mermay art challenge .

This is Que'las, the High Priestess of the sea. The humanoid figure is merely one part of her giant body; a great worm-like abomination with eight long tentacles at the base and six four jawed mouths surrounding her human-like "face" at the top. She wields a large, ancient magical staff that was given to her by an elder god whose name cannot be pronounced using human language.
