Worked on the perspective piece today...

Rabbit ppl still lookin cool:

Issue is... they look cool during the sketch but they don't look cool after i color em...... i dont know how to paint things that are small and far away.. may consider drawing em big then shrinking em down... anyone have any tips on how to draw small faraway characters?

Hey =) For the perspective practice, I noticed some errors (I think, it's a bit hard to see the construction in your give).

As a general note, when rotating an object the vanishing points will stay on a line that's perpendicular to the axis of rotation, regards of if you are rotating the object horizontally or vertically. They also won't move with the same speed, moving faster the further away they are from the center.

That being said, the gif still looks quite convincing.

Can't draw a fancy building for the life of me lmao... RIP
but apparently making designs with the symmetry tool just looks good lol

WIP on my fancy perspective drawing... Still rly like the bunny people.. imma draw them big then shrink em down small. tried that with the bunny girl in my last post and it actually looks rather decent.

It looks like interesting, I think full of the characters on the high towner would be a great artwork!
But I think the perspective of little tower in right side seem wrong? I'm not sure.

i think i figured out whats wrong with it.. since we are looking at it more from below, the bottom of some of the parts, esp the top piece should show more(?)

Me: Tries to draw Cyberpunk buildings
Also me: Ends up with fantasy/steampunk buildings

Yes, I think it looks better.
But I noticed another thing that if you are farther from eye level, the more surfaces you can see.
Like the bottom of bridge, and the bottom of towner.
Now all the bottom of surfaces look the same.
I'm not sure again.

haha its not a bridge tho. the buildings are inside this dome like barrier and the thing the rabbit ppl are sitting on is this thing around the outside of the dome

The concept of the building is interesting.

I also want to put all of my characters on one sence when I have so many characters, But now is too early to say that.

Looool not really i like cats more XD but they fit into the worldbuilding of this setting so thats why i put them here. this setting is a place called Sunnyside down in my story.
It's a place between the digital and physical world, sort of, and the bunny people guard this place on the digital world (Zionix) side.

I have a lot of different species in my story like normal physical world (Atlantis = Futuristic Earth - 3050) humans, from the digital world of Zionix there are many species such as cat people, mouse people (Raigor), rabbit ppl (Ramira), mer-shark people, harpies, etc, as well as normal coded beings and code born beings.

These buildings in the back are beacons that store a server/internet connection's data. im thinking of designing a few building shapes for that and just reusing those so i may redo the buildings since they dont look scifi enough - or maybe eventually i won't care and get lazy and leave it as is lmao XD

Drew one of the rabbit ppl yesterday:

Ended up making the bg bigger (scaled up) so that i dont have to shrink the bunny ppl down too much cus they do get pixely when i do...

Today, been trying to move past burnout this past week lol (apparently i cant handle 3 straight weeks of 5-6 hrs of plotbuilding a day outside of a 40 hr work week smh.)

Drew something fun today.. best boi Hydra <3 one of my fav mcs in my story

Ahh so many wips......... I wanted to animate but my other wip animations are too long and i didnt feel like working on them atm.. so i started a shorter one XD i think i should cut my longer ones into bitesize pieces to work on lol (by long i mean like 20 secs to a min long.. and 20 secs is not that long if you're just watching it lol RIP i wish i could draw faster :3)

In any case did a different fight scene of Maxus vs Mal (my wip is also a maxus vs mal but in arc 2 of my story (which has about 24 arcs).

this particular fight scene is in arc 1. Its only a small snippet of the fight scene. I'm a perfectionist so i keep wanting to add the rest of the fight scene but i tell myself if i do that then i'll think its too long for me atm since im just getting back into it from burnout TuT. and i still didnt finish my perspective drawing :3....

And yes its very rough and still needs lots of inbetweens :3 esp in the middle

Some Lineart - i actually like the hair. it makes me very happy when i look at that hair lol

Usually if i draw i draw for as long as i can til i get tired.. but this time am following Marc's advice to stop when im still enjoying lol
