great study, I like the hair best, especially the loose scratchy lines

Lovely face and values! My feedback:

• Try to blend the muddy brush strokes (neck area, forehead area), it looks a bit messy
• I think you've overused rimlight at places, for example her upper lip at the left
• If you're going for a realistic portrait, her eyes are too large and wide imo
• The hair can be worked on more
