This is looking really good so far. I can definitely see all the work you did measuring. That's always the part that makes me want to tear my hair out

The girl is so, wow hahah I think that I could see her in a poster or something like that 
The face and the fabric are really great.
The only thing that I could say is that the arm that we see is a little bit strange and the other one seems desappearing, but probably your reference is like this so that's not a problem. But apart from that I love it, good job!!
I didn't put much care into the skin since this was for the cloth

Oh yes it's really the same, can I say that I prefer your drawing than the reference? hahah is more vibrant even if there is no saturation
