Hello Cubebrush team,
I’ve been experiencing an issue with a pending payment, and despite sending multiple emails and posting here before, I still haven’t received any response.
I reached out to PayPal and they confirmed that my account is fully eligible to receive payments (I have the screenshot of their response). So the issue appears to be on Cubebrush’s end, but I haven’t been given any explanation so far.
What worries me even more is seeing other users get replies for much simpler issues, like profile name changes, while my case — involving something as important as a payment — continues to be ignored.
This makes me wonder if I’m being overlooked for not being based in the U.S., which would be really disappointing if true.
I kindly ask for an update or at least some acknowledgment of my case. I just want to understand what’s going on and when I’ll receive my payment.
